
On December 14, 2010, Governor Deval Patrick announced the nomination of Boston attorney Edward P. ("Ned") Leibensperger as Associate Justice of the Superior Court. Attorney Leibensperger has practiced law in Boston for over 35 years, first at Nutter McClennen & Fish, and, since 2004, at McDermott Will & Emery, focusing on civil litigation. He is slated to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of The Honorable Charles T. Spurlock.
