Chief Justice Barbara Rouse has announced changes in the Business Litigation Session, to begin on January 1, 2011. Judge Judith Fabricant will be the new Administrative Justice of the BLS, replacing Judge Margaret R. Hinkle, whose retirement becomes final. Judge Fabricant and Judge Peter M. Lauriat will alternate six month sessions in the BLS1 session, beginning with the new year.Judge Stephen E. Neel, who has served in the BLS2 session, is retiring from the bench at the end of January 2011. Judge Janet R. Sanders and Judge Christine M. Roach will alternate six month sessions each in BLS2.
