Superior Court Judge Carhart Nominated to Appeals Court

On September 14, 2010, Governor Deval Patrick announced the nomination of Superior Court Associate Justice Judd J. Carhart as Associate Justice of the Appeals Court. Judge Carhart has served as an Associate Justice of the Superior Court since 1993, primarily in western Massachusetts. He is slated to fill the vacancy on the Appeals Court created by the retirement of The Honorable Charlotte Ann Perretta. For more details, see the official press release.
